Project selection process

The process of project selection within our organization is well defined and rigourous. Following the submission to us of project outlines, our initial analysis checks they conform to the published criteria.

The project outlines which meet the criteria then undergo a more detailed evaluation by a committee of experts. The teams are then notified of the final decision. Whenever a project is chosen, detailed follow-up discussions are automatically set up.

Where a project is refused, constructive feedback can be given. This process aims to promote the selection of projects of quality which are aligned with our values and organizational aims.
